We regularly conduct various studies and assessments tailored to the needs of our customers.
We usually carry out "preliminary drafts" such as Functional and Technical Programs, to establish the needs and specificities of the project. These particular contracts generally include budgetary reviews to establish the bases of the costs of the future project. It also accommodates the types of timelines for the project development, tailored to the specific parameters (location, size, budget, etc.).
Upgrading: Building safety and accessibility standards changes continuously, the realization of plans and specifications for "upgrading" or change of use of a building are also part of the jobs we undertake regularly.
Liquor license: We are authorized and qualified to assist restaurant and bar owners for their liquor license application process. We are familiar with the forms and methods of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).
Obsolescence study: Some homeowners, condominium associations or organizations, hire our services for the development of an obsolescence study. This service includes site visits of the building, checking the condition of the materials, the construction and the assembly, and verification of compliance with the building code. The report that is provided can even have a "maintenance program" to establish renovation priorities over time, as well as the cost estimate.
Regulatory studies: We regularly conduct regulatory studies applicable to a building or to a given set of buildings. The report may include recommendations about building codes, municipal regulations or the Civil Code of Quebec, for example.
